ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
RECEPTIONIST
We are looking for a key team member to be at the heart of our operations, serving as the primary point of contact for our valued clientele.
Your Responsibilities:
Client Welcome: Warmly greet clients and direct them to the appropriate departments or resources.
Switchboard Management: Answer incoming calls, screen inquiries, and perform transfers.
Email Coordination: Manage and organize shared email inboxes.
Transactions: Process payments, handle refunds, and issue receipts for clients.
Accounting Support: Assist the Controller with various accounting and administrative tasks.
Filing: Maintain organized physical and digital document filing systems.
What We Are Looking For:
Education: DEP in Secretarial Studies, Accounting, or Administration.
Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist in an automotive dealership (strongly preferred).
Skills: Exceptional stress management and ability to prioritize tasks.
Customer Service: A commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
Bilingualism: French and English (Intermediate-Advanced) to effectively serve our diverse clientele.
Interpersonal Skills: Professional attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Teamwork: A collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and using various software and computer systems.
